1. Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.
  • Digital books (eBooks, audiobooks) are non-refundable unless there is a technical issue.

2. How to Request a Return

  1. Contact Us: Email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Approval & Instructions: If eligible, you will receive return instructions and a return shipping address.
  3. Ship the Item: Package the item securely and ship it back using a trackable shipping method.

3. Refund Process

  • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except for defective or incorrect items.

4. Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are damaged or defective.
  • To request an exchange, contact [email protected] with a photo of the damaged item.

  • Clearance or Final Sale Items

6. Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, check your bank account.
  • Contact your credit card company—it may take some time for the refund to be officially processed.
