1. Return Eligibility
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.
- Digital books (eBooks, audiobooks) are non-refundable unless there is a technical issue.
2. How to Request a Return

- Approval & Instructions: If eligible, you will receive return instructions and a return shipping address.
- Ship the Item: Package the item securely and ship it back using a trackable shipping method.
3. Refund Process
- Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it.
- If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, except for defective or incorrect items.
4. Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are damaged or defective.

6. Late or Missing Refunds
